A cigar, gentlemen and ladies, is a tool of relaxation, atmosphere and pleasure. Over centuries, the rarified aroma of countless cigars has encircled some of history’s noblest and most important, as well as those of lesser influence, all bound by a camaradrie engendered in their smoke.
Gay Telese once wrote that as he strolled with his burning cigar clenched between his teeth he would often see it as his lodestar, his lance, his badge of courage in a badgering world that seeks to eradicate all vestiges of male pleasure.
I am here to tell you that in spite of the world’s infringement upon our very personal right to light up, the cigar proudly remains an unequalled instrument.
In this blog, I will present you with my thoughts, my philosophy, with news of import, and observations all relating to cigars and cigar culture. I salute you, fellow comrades-in-cigars!
